From beginning conversation to final delivery, our team ensures a seamless process for you and your loved ones. When you express interest and sign up, we will discuss and find a day that best works for you. Our team will then be set up and ready to shoot when you arrive. We have pre-curated questions that we will send to you beforehand so that you feel well prepared for your interview! If you have decided to write a special note to your family, we will receive that from you on the day of the shoot, so that our team can incorporate it into the final presentation.
Then, when your final video is completed, you will receive an engraved wooden Threads of Us box, along with your personal video on an engraved wooden flash drive, a printed photo of you, and your special written note.
After the filming process, the typical delivery time for each Threads of Us video package, including the engraved wooden box and engraved flash drive, is two-three weeks.
Yes, we do require an upfront non-refundable deposit of $500 when booking which allows for our team to solidify your spot. This amount is then deducted from the final payment when collected the day of the shoot.
If you are unable to make your planned time slot, our team is more than happy to work with you to reschedule for another time that better suits your needs!
In order to begin the sign up process, you must first locate the "Let's Get Started" section above, selecting your specific package. Fill out the form designating your specific date and time that you would like to film your video. Continue on to the contact information and payment page, confirming that you have selected the correct package for you. Then, our team will be in contact with you to film your individual Threads of Us video.
